Foundation
Complete Combat S&C Program
A minimum of 7 sessions per week covering power, strength, isometric strength, energy systems development and mobility. Delivered via app on Android and iOS across progressive 12-week blocks within a 12–18 month athletic development pathway.
Personalised
1:1 Programming
A 12-week commitment built around your individual athletic profile. Includes regular coaching check-ins, ongoing load management and programming that adapts based on your performance metrics. Combat Athlete Screening is mandatory prior to commencing this program.
Fight Camp
Full Camp Management
Complete camp load management with personalised programming across all components: strength, power, isometric strength and energy systems. Structured deload and taper to ensure you peak on fight night. Integration with your head coach. Requires daily HRV and RHR monitoring. Full camp report supplied, with comparative analysis available for returning athletes.
Athlete Screening
Combat Athlete Screening
A full assessment of your athletic qualities benchmarked against UFC normative data from your weight division. Approximately 2.5 hours. Currently available for South Australia-based athletes.
